Hong Kong – Striata, a recognized innovator in electronic bill presentment and payment solutions and secure eDocument delivery, announced that they have expanded their international presence with the establishment of an office in Hong Kong, which will provide paper turn-off solutions throughout Asia.

"This move enables us to extend our value added services to this region, by developing customized solutions for them," says Mike Wright, CEO of Striata.

The Hong Kong headquarters will be run by Keith Russell, who joins Striata as Senior Sales Director for Asia Pacific. Keith brings over 20 years of telecoms and utilities billing experience with him, having worked for companies including Convergys, Kingston-SCL and British Gas.

"This is an exciting time in Striata's history, with major opportunities for growth, particularly in Hong Kong and Asia. I'm looking forward to increasing Striata's enviable client portfolio further,” says Russell, who is eager to embrace the challenge of his new role with Striata.

"For the past 12 years, Keith has been based in Hong Kong in senior sales and business development roles. His skill set and experience is unique and we have no doubt that he will drive our growth strategy forward. We are therefore confident that we have made the right appointment, and are very excited about the new business that Keith will bring to Striata," explains Wright.

Striata's portfolio includes a number of high profile clients, namely HSBC, Vodafone, Citibank and Diners Club. Key partnerships with leading payment integrators, technology vendors, and strategic relationships with resellers across the globe, has assisted Striata to extend their client base considerably over the past year.

"Appointing Keith to run our Asia Pacific headquarters will strengthen our partnerships in the region and grow our sales channel. This will enable us to meet the increasing demand for solutions that optimize operational costs,” adds Wright.
