COSMOTE Launches Electronic Invoice Management Service e-Bill

Cosmote launched the e-Bill free service, by means of which individual and corporate customers may check invoices and obtain customised reports, according to a news release sent to our editorial office. Customers who activate e-Bill may access the website https://ebill.cosmote.ro, where they can view the invoices issued by the operator since the activation of the service, as well as statistics on the total number of calls made, reports for each telephone number, costs etc.

Subscribers may also use the service to download information in .pdf, .txt, .xml or Excel files. The service may be activated through COSMOTE outlets and partner units. To ensure the security of information, the e-Bill service may only be accessed by means of a username and password, initially supplied by Cosmote and subsequently customised by each subscriber.
