This enables the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs and Science as well as the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations, Department of Public Works and Water Management, and the tax authorities to order the items and services it requires to do business as well as to handle outstanding invoices through the Internet.
