Under the terms of the deal, Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise customers can automatically leverage Transcepta's supplier on-boarding service and supplier connections to deliver e-invoicing solutions.

The Transcepta solution enables suppliers to choose from a number of electronic connection options that enable suppliers of all sizes and invoice volumes to migrate to electronic delivery using their existing billing system. Suppliers are not required to make any changes to their existing invoice format and are not forced to manually enter invoice data into a web portal. In addition, the Transcepta service will also set up each connected supplier with access to the buying organization's Oracle supplier portal application.
