Intelligent Records Management Provider Utilizes T360 to Reduce Time-to-Payment and Enhance Customer Relationships

CT TyMetrix, the premier provider of Web-based legal operations management solutions for corporate law departments and claims organizations, today announced that Second Image, a provider of subpoena services, photocopying, document management and distribution services to the legal, insurance and general business communities, has successfully utilized the T360 e-invoicing platform to process invoicing and receipt of payments with unprecedented reduction in turnaround time.  CT TyMetrix is a part of Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services.

In 2008, Second Image was approached by one of its leading insurance industry customers requesting that the company use CT TyMetrix's T360 solution when sending invoices because of its fast turnaround time.  After commissioning CT TyMetrix to process payments, the implementation, testing and go live for T360 went rather quickly and Second Image began sending invoices through the platform to its insurance customer.  In an industry that is known to take four to 12 weeks or more to pay bills, T360 has reduced Second Image's payment cycle down to two to three weeks, having a profound impact on the company's cash flow.
