PORTLAND, Ore.-- Murray Hill Medical Group, PC, a 50-physician multi-specialty group
serving over 170,000 patients, is adopting Kryptiq’s Appointment
Reminders and Online Bill Pay with eStatements. Previously reliant on
two separate systems that did not integrate with their GE Centricity®
Practice Solution, Murray Hill expects a marked increase in both
efficiency and savings through the use of Kryptiq’s integrated platform.
They can also look forward to a reduction in appointment no-shows by as
much as 30 percent, and improved revenue capture by as much as 35
percent.
* Online Bill Pay with eStatements offers the option to generate paper or electronic statements and allows patients to pay bills securely online as soon as they receive the statement.
* Appointment Reminders automatically notifies patients of their upcoming appointments via phone or email, giving them the opportunity to confirm, reschedule or cancel.
Murray Hill was already sending between 6,000 and 8,000 appointment
reminders and approximately 7,500 eStatements a month with their former
systems. Using the non-integrated applications consumed a high
percentage of their administrative workload and limited their capacity
to expand their patient services.
