Global provider of transaction banking services Fundtech has entered a partnership with Australian payment services developer Dataline to provide electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP) and related financial supply chain services to corporate customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, Dataline's products are set to complement Fundtech's Accounts EIPP service to enable corporates to automate financial processes. The partnership is set to provide financial supply chain solutions including outbound (AR) and inbound (AP) e-invoicing, AP workflow automation, data scanning, e-payments support and online expenses management.

The Accounts Receivable (AR) service allows corporates to send their invoices electronically and then manage them online whereas the Accounts Payables (AP) service allows them to accept supplier invoices into their e-invoicing hub.

The Paper-to-Data service allows switching from paper to electronic. Whether a company processes invoices by mail, fax, email, EDI or other electronic channels, the data is captured, validated to agreed business rules and uploaded to an ERP or accounting system.
