Electronic billing now available for city utilities

City of Iowa City utility customers can now gopaperless and receive their bills electronically. Melissa Miller, Revenue Manager, hopes to achieve savings in paper and mailing costs, while at the same time providing increased convenience to customers.

Customers can already pay for utility bills online or through Surepay, an automatic payment deduction service. With the new e-billing service, both billing and payment for City utilities can now be done completely electronically.

Information on converting to e-bills and automatic bill payment is available at www.icgov.org/ebill or by calling the Revenue Division at 319-356-5066.
