Srinagar, June 20: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited's e-billing has evoked tremendous response with many of its customers preferring to pay their bills through Online.

Curiously, the company is giving one per cent discount on the bill amount paid Online.

In a statement issued here today, the company said its offer of one per cent discount to the customers paying their bills Online before the due date has got tremendous response.

 "Since the launch of this offer the BSNL has received Rs 5.5 lakh payment through online billing," it said.
 Senior GM BSNL Srinagar said the scheme had become popular and had eased the rush at the BSNL counters.
 To mention, the interested customers can visit www.bsnl.co.in and click on pay landline bills and create user name/ password.

The customer has to click individual bill payment and select J&K Circle where they can click on pay/view bill option and can make payment through credit cards.
