Customers billed electronically will be sent an email that contains a PDF image of the electronic Bill (eBill) or they will be directed to a branded website to view their eBill. Regardless of the delivery method, customers have access to a full menu of electronic payments options that include credit card, p-Card, debit card, and ACH. API's EBPP solution is intuitive, secure, and flexible. Customers appreciate having greater control over their accounts and the ability for access to do self-service of their accounts. The solution is entirely web based and is implemented with zero investment in hardware, software or staff.
