City of Iowa City utility customers can now gopaperless and receive their bills electronically. Melissa Miller, Revenue Manager, hopes to achieve savings in paper and mailing costs, while at the same time providing increased convenience to customers.

Dollar Bank, a US-based bank, joined Wells Fargo and Company in a 15-month test of the Electronic Billing Information Delivery Service (Ebids), an electronic bill payment system, says Digital Transactions.
